Led by Head Chef Russell Bateman and The Falcon team, our commitment to excellence extends beyond the plate as we proudly collaborate with local farmers, estate gamekeepers, and nurseries. Our ingredients are sourced from and around the bountiful 10,500-acre Castle Ashby Estate, ensuring freshness and authenticity in every dish. Nestled amidst the picturesque gardens, the East Wing Lounge invites you to unwind and enjoy a laid-back dining experience. Whether it’s breakfast with a view, indulging in afternoon tea, or simply enjoying drinks and delicious small plates, this cosy retreat offers a relaxed ambience for all occasions.
The Nest is a semi-private space with large sliding glass doors, with natural light and views onto the triple-tier lawn and rolling countryside beyond. The space is also equipped with climate control and high-speed Wi-Fi.
With room for up to 16 guests, it’s the optimum space for special celebrations. And if you’re looking for an event venue near London – we are just an hour away by train and under two hours by car – perfect if you have family travelling from further afield.
The Sheep Barn is the ideal spot for residents, swimmers, and their guests to indulge in hot drinks, homemade cakes, soups, snacks, and more whilst taking in the stunning views of the Capability Brown lake. Open on Fridays and Saturdays, we recommend reaching out to confirm current hours.
Step into our Cellar Bar, a cosy and intimate space where you can unwind and savour drinks of your choice in a relaxed ambience. Whether you’re enjoying an evening with us or hosting a special event, our Cellar Bar provides the perfect setting. Heading north from Central London on the M1, exit at junction 14, and continue along A509 towards Castle Ashby.
Free parking is available at the hotel, and electric car charging points are provided by Pod Point. Please note, charging cables are not supplied.
Our two nearest train stations are Northampton with services to London Euston, and Wellingborough with services to London St. Pancras. Both routes operate services in under an hour to Central London.

Eyas:
Lunch: 12 pm to 2.00 pm (last reservation), Wednesday to Saturday, and 12 pm to 4 pm on Sunday.
Dinner: 6 pm to 8.30 pm (last reservation), Tuesday to Saturday.
East Wing Lounge:
Breakfast: 7am to 10am
All day menu: Enjoy our small plates menu from 12pm-8.30pm.
Cream Tea: Monday-Thursday 3pm-5pm
Afternoon Tea: Friday, Saturday and Sunday 3 pm-5 pm (pre-booking essential)
