Experience the invigorating benefits of cold-water swimming with our exclusive open water swimming stay at The Falcon. With the stunning Castle Ashby House as your backdrop, enjoy safe and supervised sessions in the serene Capability Brown Lake, where tranquillity meets adventure.

Cold water swimming stimulates your nervous system, promoting relaxation, contentment, and better sleep. It also boosts circulation, as the cold-water pushes blood to your organs, giving your heart a healthy workout. Regular swimmers use it as part of their weekly downtime for rest and relaxation. As the temperatures drop, we recommend wetsuits for added comfort, however it is not a necessity.

Our expert lakeside staff provide warm, personalised knowledge to enhance your skills. The package includes complimentary dry robes, towels, breakfast, bike hire, and a stylish branded swimming hat.

Starting from £80 per person (based on two guests in a Cosy Double), enjoy one supervised open water swimming session per day (for guests aged 16+), and a relaxing Bed & Breakfast stay.

Nest together and enjoy exclusive use of one of our cottages, umbilically attached to The Falcon and in the stunning environs of Castle Ashby. All the privacy of your own private space with all the joys of The Falcon and village nearby. Includes a complimentary family pass to the gardens of the castle, complete with an orangery, arboretum, play area, tea rooms and a menagerie with two pygmy goats, meerkats and marmosets!
