Eyas restaurant delivers experiential dining in Northamptonshire with a focus on nutrition, sustainability and flavour from Head Chef Russell Bateman. The Falcon team proudly work with local farmers, estate gamekeepers and nurseries, using produce that is grown, harvested, and reared from within the 10,500-acre Castle Ashby Estate.
