CLASSES IN OUR WELLBEING CENTRE

Find stillness with our regular programme of guided meditations, powerful gong bath sessions or create a deeper connection to self by practicing Hatha, Vinyasa, Power or Restorative Yoga. Our regular classes are available in our wellbeing centre – our yoga studio in the countryside – and open to hotel guests, as well as the local community.

Our hour-long open water swimming sessions take place daily on the Castle Ashby Estate in a spectacular freshwater lake with our expert lifeguards.

We are delighted to partner with Silver Linings Retreats to offer a one-day masterclass at The Falcon on Friday 20 May 2022.
