Respecting the local landscape and the abundance it provides, acclaimed Head Chef Russell Bateman and his team work hand-in-hand with local farmers, estate gamekeepers and nurseries, wherever possible, to create menus that showcase produce grown, harvested and reared from within the 10,500 acre Castle Ashby Estate.



With wonderful views of the gardens and rolling countryside beyond, the East Wing Lounge is a place to enjoy afternoon tea, cocktails and light bites. 

The lounge is open from 12pm until 10pm, Wednesday to Sunday, with afternoon tea served from 3pm to 5pm, Friday to Sunday.



Join us on Friday and Saturday evenings from 6.30pm until late for a cosy drink in our Cellar Bar which has been a popular gathering place for locals and guests for decades. Our guest draught ale is Eagle IPA.


All cuisine offered at The Falcon is subject to change to ensure that the freshest seasonal produce is used. The following menus provide a general guide to the range of dishes curated by Head Chef Russell Bateman and his talented kitchen team.
