We offer a variety of dining experiences here at The Falcon, from fine dining at our award-winning restaurant Eyas for lunch and dinner, to small plates, afternoon teas and drinks in the East Wing Lounge. 


Lunch: Wednesday to Saturday 12pm to 2.00pm.

Dining Menu: Tuesday to Saturday, 6.00pm to 8.30pm.

Sunday Lunch: Sunday 12pm to 4pm.

Breakfast: Open daily from 7.00 am-10 am

Small Plates Menu: Available from 12 pm- 8.30 pm

Cream Tea: Monday- Thursday 3pm-5pm

Afternoon Tea: Friday, Saturday and Sunday 3 pm-5 pm (pre-booking essential)



Eyas delivers experiential dining in Northamptonshire with a focus on nutrition, sustainability and flavour. Head Chef Russell Bateman and The Falcon team proudly work with local farmers, estate gamekeepers and nurseries, using produce that is grown, harvested, and reared from within and around the 10,500-acre Castle Ashby Estate.

We are delighted to announce our new Eyas a la carte menu as a replacement for our current tasting menus.

With wonderful views of the gardens and rolling countryside beyond, the East Wing Lounge is a place to enjoy breakfast, afternoon tea, drinks, and delightful small plates. 

The lounge is open daily from 7 am for breakfast with afternoon tea served Friday to Sunday from 3-5 pm.
