Kitchen Team


Having already worked with Head Chef Russell twice before, when he called me to offer me a job at The Falcon I didn’t have to think twice about accepting. 

I’ve worked in kitchens for nine years now and have never experienced such a close team, it feels like a real family. It really is a pleasure to be working here, and I can’t wait to get back in the kitchen and for my future here at The Falcon.

Reception Team


My role as receptionist at The Falcon is essential to ensuring an impeccably organised and thoughtful experience from the moment our guests make a reservation, to the day they check-out. The holistic approach to training at The Falcon means that I have not only developed my hospitality and teamwork skills, but have also learnt about different aspects of wellbeing and Castle Ashby’s impressive history. I love being part of such a brilliant team here, and I am extremely proud that we offer guests a high quality service as well as a bespoke and personalised experience wherever possible.

Food & Beverage Team


Authenticity, trust and reliability are the key to success within The Falcon family and being a member of the food and beverage team, it is our responsibility to provide outstanding service to our guests, while working intrinsically within a team. The role itself brings in team working competencies, optimising each other’s performance and achieving effective collaboration between front-of-house and the kitchen team. The opportunities that have arisen during my time at The Falcon are what has made working here so special.
