Break Free from the Past and Reclaim your Authentic Self

This intimate workshop is a powerful journey into understanding the roots of unhealthy relationship patterns and emotional struggles. Led by Sarah Bridge and Tracy Northampton, the workshop follows an educational and experiential programme designed to help you identify and heal early childhood wounds that have shaped your relationships with yourself and others. Based on the groundbreaking work of Pia Mellody, LPC, RN, this workshop offers a path toward deep healing by addressing emotional distress and negative self-beliefs.

Through guided exercises and therapeutic processes, participants will:

  • Uncover the impact of childhood trauma and how it contributes to emotional struggles and unhealthy relationship patterns.
  • Develop functional boundaries to create healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
  • Embrace inner self-worth by releasing old patterns of self-judgment and shame.
  • Gain tools for emotional regulation to foster resilience and balance in daily life.

On the final morning (Tuesday), participants will be guided on a mindful nature walk through Castle Ashby Gardens and Grounds. An informal session with Sarah and Tracy will follow, during which participants will have the opportunity to discuss with Sarah and Tracy their experience of the workshop.

If you feel stuck in repeating cycles of unhealthy relationships, self-doubt, or emotional distress, this workshop provides a safe and supportive space to begin your healing journey. Step into a new way of living—one that honours your true self.
