An evening of song, ceremony and sound

Join us in The Wellness Centre, Castle Road, Castle Ashby for an evening of Kirtan & Cacao with musician and sound explorer Ravi Freeman. In the tranquil surroundings of this historic country retreat, you’ll be guided through simple, uplifting chants (no singing experience needed), share a cup of ceremonial cacao and sink into a soothing sound journey. Come to rest, reconnect and leave feeling nourished, inspired and more deeply at home in your own heart.

A transformational women’s retreat exploring purpose and presence

Join Caroline Welch and Tracy Northampton for a five-night transformational women’s retreat exploring purpose, presence and renewal in nature. Held in an intimate group of up to 16 women, this self-discovery journey offers a calm, restorative space to reconnect with what matters most and cultivate greater clarity, resilience and wellbeing. Through guided mindfulness practices, forest bathing and small-group exploration, participants will be supported in clarifying their purpose across professional, relational and personal roles.

We are delighted to welcome Pamela Harris to The Falcon for her annual Yoga Retreat.

Travelling from Barbados – where she currently resides and teaches from her studio Sunshine Kula – Pamela will teach morning and evening yoga classes in our light-filled wellness centre, infusing inspiration from our natural surroundings into her teaching.

This retreat includes nourishing meals each day and luxury overnight accommodation.

Join Tias and Surya Little – founders of Prajna Yoga – for their third yoga retreat here at The Falcon. Across three days, our retreat guests will experience the renowned yoga instructors’ teaching over multiple morning and evening classes in our wellness centre.

Alongside classes, guests will also be invited to immerse themselves in their countryside surroundings with guided walks around the grounds and free time to explore and rest as they please. Each ticket includes three meals a day and overnight accommodation.
