An Aroma Sounds Therapy class with Lisa Pauley is a healing session combining crystal bowl sounds with therapeutic essential oils. Participants lie comfortably and breathe in custom oil blends while experiencing sound frequencies tuned to support hormonal balance and emotional release.

A gong bath with Kanti Freeman is a deeply immersive and therapeutic sound experience where participants simply lie down and allow the resonant sounds of gongs, singing bowls, and other therapeutic instruments to wash over them.

Yin Yoga
Yin classes with Kanti
Join Kanti for a restorative yin yoga class in our cosy studio every Thursday from 6:15pm to 7:30pm.
Yin yoga is a slow-paced, passive, mat-based practice that involves settling into a series of restorative yoga poses and spending time in each one. The prolonged pauses in every pose encourage the lengthening of connective tissues, allowing more space into the joints.
