Healing at the Root:  An Experiential Workshop for Healing Childhood Wounds and Reclaiming Your Future

Tuesday 5 – Saturday 9 May 2026
From £3190 / $4403

Join Sarah Bridge and Tracy Northampton for a five-day intensive designed to help you uncover the root cause of present-day emotional pain, so you can release the related beliefs, behaviours and patterns that prevent you from living freely and authentically.

The immersive experience will be led by internationally renowned psychotherapist Sarah Bridge – revered for her work to continue the legacy of Pia Mellody – and supported by co-founder of The Falcon and integrative psychotherapist Tracy Northampton.

This experience was designed intentionally for those feeling stuck, weighed down by the past, and ready to release unresolved wounds in order to build foundations for healthier relationships – with both yourself and others.

Supported by Tracy, Sarah will begin the intensive by guiding participants through a clear and compassionate explanation of how childhood experiences shape self-esteem, emotional regulation, boundaries, and adult relationships. She will draw on Pia Mellody’s highly effective developmental trauma model – with particular attention to boundary violations and internalised beliefs about worth that often arise from early life experiences.

Building on this foundation, participants will explore their family-of-origin and developmental history within a safe and supportive environment to identify less-than-nurturing or traumatic experiences.

Participants will then engage in practices designed to release stored emotional pain, challenge limiting beliefs formed in childhood, free themselves from damaging behaviours, and begin reparenting the parts of themselves that were shamed, neglected or abandoned.

Each attendee can expect to leave with a reclaimed sense of personal power, inherent self-worth, and authentic self-expression.

The Falcon, Castle Ashby

This intensive will take place here on the grounds of The Falcon, Castle Ashby, immersing you firmly within the healing setting of nature. Set within the historic Castle Ashby Estate, The Falcon has recently been reimagined by its founders – Spenny and Tracy Northampton – as a haven for health, heritage and transformational healing, existing purely for the purpose of enhancing lives.
