In this two-day experience, you will:

  • Learn and play with the developmental sequence we all go through to come to standing, and feel how the spirals of this restorative set of movements is a tool for life in bringing harmony to your joints, and extending your health-span.
  • Receive a personal ‘body reading’ based on Tom’s 50 years of experience reading people’s patterns. Discover what your body is trying to tell you.
  • Learn the strengths and weaknesses of the major movement streams – yoga, Pilates, personal training ,plyometrics, martial arts, etc. – and which are best-suited to your body and tissue type?
