‘Natures wisdom’ Yoga & Lessons from Ayurveda

Thursday 17 – Sunday 20 September 2026

From £1281 per person double occupancy / £1499 single occupancy

We are delighted to welcome back Pamela Harris for her annual Yoga Retreat at The Falcon.

Join us for a deeply nourishing retreat where yoga, Ayurveda, rest, and nature come together in beautiful harmony.

We practice yoga twice daily in the perfect purpose-built Wellness Centre, a stunning farm conversion with a large, light-filled, beautifully equipped state-of-the-art studio. Our practice theme, Nature’s Wisdom, Our Wisdom, invites you to connect more deeply with yourself and the world around you through inspiring yoga and gentle teachings from Ayurveda.

Morning practices are active and awakening, designed to energise and inspire, while evening sessions are slower, softer, and more restorative. Classes are 2 hours each, with a final morning practice of 1.5 hours, giving you space to integrate, reflect, and leave feeling renewed.

Throughout your stay, enjoy delicious chef-prepared meals in The Falcon Eyas Restaurant, with nutritious dishes created to support your wellbeing.

Your accommodation is in beautifully appointed luxury cottage rooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, and you will be warmly welcomed and cared for by a very friendly and attentive team.

Castle Ashby is steeped in history and natural beauty, with a powerful sense of place that adds something truly special to the retreat experience. The estate is known for its exquisite gardens, arboretum, and architecture, all of which you can explore during your stay. It also features peaceful lakes, including one popular for outdoor swimming — a favourite for many of our guests to book and enjoy.

Our retreats are rooted in care—for yourself and for the group. We ask that you self-monitor your health in the days leading up to the retreat and attend only if you are feeling well.
