The Integrated Developmental Trauma Treatment (IDTT) Training

4th – 8th December 2025

A Leading-Edge Approach to Healing Developmental Trauma

The Integrated Developmental Trauma Treatment (IDTT) Training is a comprehensive 5-day course designed for mental health professionals seeking advanced, experiential training in developmental trauma treatment. Led by Sarah Bridge, LCSW, co-lecturer and trainer with Pia Mellody for over 16 years, and Tracy Northampton, leading clinician in the field of mental health, this training provides a powerful integration of Post Induction Therapy (PIT) and Somatic Experiencing (SE).

Through experiential learning, hands-on practice, and expert supervision, participants will:

  • Gain a deep understanding of developmental and relational trauma and how it impacts adult psychosocial functioning.
  • Learn advanced therapeutic techniques to identify, address, and detoxify trauma-related patterns and addictive behaviours.
  • Receive direct coaching on administering the Childhood Experiences Inventory (CEI) and integrate it into client assessments.
  • Master somatic and emotional regulation techniques to help clients transition from child ego states to mature adult ego states.

By the end of this immersive training, clinicians will have the tools to apply the IDTT Model immediately, empowering clients to heal past wounds, cultivate healthier relationships, and foster a deeper connection to themselves and others.
