Family of Origin Intensive Workshop

This intimate workshop is a powerful journey into understanding the roots of unhealthy relationship patterns and emotional struggles. Led by Sarah Bridge and Tracy Northampton, the workshop follows an educational and experiential programme designed to help you identify and heal early childhood wounds that have shaped your relationships with yourself and others. Based on the groundbreaking work of Pia Mellody, LPC, RN, this workshop offers a path toward deep healing by addressing emotional distress and negative self-beliefs.
The Integrated Developmental Trauma Treatment (IDTT) Training
4th–8th December 2025
The Integrated Developmental Trauma Treatment (IDTT) Training is a 5-day advanced course for mental health professionals, led by experts Sarah Bridge and Tracy Northampton, combining Post Induction Therapy (PIT) and Somatic Experiencing (SE).
