Welcome to The Falcon Blog

Welcome to The Falcon blog for the latest news and tips from The Falcon Castle Ashby.
Lord Northampton and Lady Northampton

We are delighted to introduce our brand new blog for The Falcon Castle Ashby.

It’s been two years since we opened The Falcon, and since then we have gone through a period of transformation, developing our hotel, wellness centre and fine dining offering to ensure the best experiences possible.

But one thread that has remained the same is our commitment to providing all visitors and guests with a countryside retreat for rest, renewal and a connection to nature.

Wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do. Connection to self, the local community and surrounding countryside, to enhance wellbeing and create new experiences and realities. From yoga classes, to massage treatments and open water swimming in our private lake, designed by Capability Brown, we have a wonderful range of possibilities for you to enjoy.

Feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, you can then explore our carefully curated food and drink experiences here at The Falcon which showcase produce grown, reared, and harvested from within the 10,500 acre Castle Ashby estate. From signature fine dining at our award-winning restaurant Eyas to afternoon teas, light bites and casual drinks in the East Wing Lounge and Cellar Bar, we have something for every occasion.

Within our blog, we hope you will find inspiration, not only for planning your stay or visit to us, but also discover tips, ideas and strategies for maintaining your own physical and mental health and wellness.

And of course, it’s the chance for you to get to know the team here too, so look out for our behind the scenes interviews and podcasts with members of our award-winning team, as well as special features with some of our regular guests too.

Welcome to the blog, and we hope to welcome you to The Falcon soon.

With best wishes,

Lord and Lady Northampton
